DAC is the organization I built from scratch over the last decade. Though most people see West Side Creative Market, Emerge is the thing I'm most proud of building inside it.

Emerge is a structured transformation program for artists running real creative businesses in the real world. Not inspiration. Not hustle culture. Actual infrastructure like cash flow tools, business audits, community, and a framework built by someone who learned every single lesson the hard way. Emerge is meant to help artists figure out what the next chapter (or pivot!) looks like.

I would have never been able to build Emerge if I hadn't lived through everything that came before it. Every debt spiral, every leadership mistake, every moment of figuring out cash flow at 2am — it's all in there.

  • Let's Be Real

    I am very thoughtful about how I spend my time. When it comes to consulting and my creative services I am very transparent about my value. I choose to work with clients who value who I am and what I stand for.

  • I'm an Eternal Optimist

    The world I live in is a beautiful and inherently good. I have witnessed actual human suffering in some of the poorest countries on this planet but always found hope and love within those communities. I believe in the power of doing good. I do my best to listen and to go out of my way to be kind to people.

  • Growth Never Ends

    Exploring life in my mid-30’s means I am still figuring it all out. Though I’ve learned a lot, I still have a lot of work to do. I will never say that I made it or know it all, but I can say I do not have a victim’s mindset. I will always be upfront and honest whenever sharing my story and be endlessly in pursuit of being better every day.
