"The greatest gift you can give is being different..."

The first time I read that quote by Duane Michals, the father of surrealist photography, I knew I had to live by it. I live this complicated exhilarating adventure everyday and I have to say, it’s not bad. I’ve been on this insane road jumping all over the world, creating every chance I get, empowering other people when I can, and just living every single damn day of my life.
Be compassionate, always take the time to listen, and always have an open heart. That’s how I’m trying to make the world a little better than how I found it.

A few organizations that have helped me get to where I am...

The organizations that have shaped me into who I am today.

Dewey Artist Collaboration

My brain child. One of my greatest accomplishments of my life has been founding and running this organization. Innovation in the arts... thats all I need to say. Check us out!

Alzheimer's Disease International

All it takes is someone out there to believe in you, and ADI did without a doubt. After traveling through Africa I contacted them with this crazy idea about photographing global dementia. After a trip to London, they were sold and have since embraced everything I do. My photos are used for all different types of campaigns and resources, they are the ones who are using my photos to help change the world.

Global Vision International

The internship that started it all. I joined GVI in Kenya and in South Africa. They made me understand sustainability and how to change the world in am impactful and meaningful way. I truly don't believe that any of my work with Dementia or with DAC would be happening today without the people who I met through GVI.
